Fertility & Prenatal Acupuncture

Acupuncture for Fertility

Bringing a human into the world is an amazing, miraculous, humbling, challenging, exciting, and emotional process. And each family’s experience of this time is totally unique.

I love to help women and men create the space, relaxation and supreme state of health that is necessary to create new life. In our treatments together, I do plenty of listening so I can fully understand the whole picture. Then I craft treatments and lifestyle goals to help you on your path towards parenthood. I provide you with physical, mental and emotional support so you can be most at ease through your unique process.

Acupuncture is completely appropriate and very helpful to support women who are undergoing conventional fertility treatment as well.

Acupuncture while pregnant

Acupuncture is a wonderful, safe, and effective treatment to help you through the entire pregnancy and birth process. It helps to bring ease into your body, and to deal with sleep issues, morning sickness, back pain, sciatica, preventing miscarriage, postpartum depression, and more. Acupuncture can even help turn a breach baby! And it is a great way to support you through the entire birth process into parenthood.

How often & how much does it cost?

How Often?
Acupuncture is a cumulative medicine that is best used on a regular basis. Depending on the duration and severity of your child’s issues, I recommend coming 1-2 times/week at first. Every few weeks we reevaluate and have the goal of monthly wellness treatments for your child.

How much?
The initial treatment costs $180 and follow ups are $126. The length of the session will vary depending on the child and the day. Typically treatments are 30-45 minutes long and I take some time beforehand to talk on the phone or email with the parent or caregiver.
